Thelma Rockhold

Thelma Rockhold is Senior Vice President of People Resources for Sage Hospitality Group where her role is to position Sage as an employer of choice with the goal of building a positive, motivated and engaged workforce with a strong organizational culture. Thelma works to drive alignment, understanding and adoption of organizational systems, practices and processes and at the same time, partners with the leaders of talent acquisition, talent development, compensation and benefits to deliver best in class initiatives that support, build and foster a culture that reinforces Sage’s core values.

Before joining Sage, Thelma was Vice President Organization Development and Talent Acquisition where she was responsible for the design and implementation of programs that facilitated professional development and continuous learning of associates.  Prior to that she spent 15 years with Chiquita Brands International as the Vice President of Corporate Human Resources.

Thelma holds certifications as a Senior Professional in Human Resources and is a Society of Human resources Management Senior Certified Professional.
