Kim Corrigan

As Vice President, Sage Independent Hotel Collection, Kim Corrigan is responsible for the strategic operational oversight of a group of fully independent hotels within the Sage portfolio. In addition, Kim lends her creativity and independent operational experience to Sage’s Curator Hotel & Resort Collection partnership and oversees the transition of new properties into the Sage Hotel Management portfolio.

Prior to coming to Sage’s home office, Kim was the general manager of Halcyon, a hotel in Cherry Creek where she guided the team to great success and saw the property through the successful sale and transition to a new management company. As a general manager, Kim also oversaw the successful transition of The Blackstone Hotel in Chicago from a Renaissance property to part of Marriott’s Autograph Collection. During her time at The Blackstone Renaissance Hotel in Chicago, she was recognized by the Illinois Hotel & Lodging Association as the 2014 Hotelier of the Year for the Greater Chicagoland Area. Prior to The Blackstone, Kim also successfully transitioned the Conrad Chicago to a Starwood Luxury Collection hotel brand, relaunching the property as The Gwen. Other notable properties where Corrigan has held key leadership roles include The Curtis in Denver, Trump Taj Mahal, Merv Griffin’s Casino Hotel, and Bally’s Grand Casino Hotel.

Corrigan graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel Administration from Cornell University and also received her Certified Hotel Administrator degree from the Educational Institute. Collaborative and passionate about change, she has always inspired her colleagues, friends and family with her successful mantra, “The only thing constant is change. Be a change agent!”
