As Vice President of Operations for Sage Restaurant Concepts (SRC), Jeffrey Mihalakis oversees F&B operations for several key markets within the organization, including Portland, San Diego, Jackson Hole, WY and Santa Monica. Jeffrey joins SRC following a twenty-year track record of success with high-profile hotels, restaurants and real estate organizations including Chef Daniel Boulud, Four Seasons Hotels and Starwood Capital.
Jeffrey spearheaded the F&B opening of 1 Hotel Brooklyn Bridge, the full renovation of The Pierre Hotel New York and renovations and openings for Chef Daniel Boulud in Washington, DC, Miami and Toronto. He also led the development and expansion of an amenity brand for The Durst Real Estate Organization in New York at One World Trade Center and Four Times Square, a grouping of sustainable spaces for tenants and residents. A results-oriented leader with a skill for motivating teams, Jeffrey has a keen eye for recognizing industry trends and leveraging them to drive strategic and innovative business approaches.
Jeffrey is a graduate of the Cornell University School of Hotel Administration and a member of the Cornell Hotel Society and F&B Association of America. A fitness enthusiast, he spends his free time running and hiking in the mountains on the Front Range of Colorado with his family.
